What It Takes To Build Your Dream HOME
As a Full-Service Design & Build organization the first step in our process is to conduct a consultation with our clients in order to customize a plan based on their specific wants and needs. This will include measurements, a design plan with sketches, and an all-inclusive bid for your job.
Now that we are ready to begin, we will move onto selecting materials. We have a vast network of partners who offer a wide variety of options that fit any budget and style.
Included in all our contracts is a payment schedule. If necessary, we also work with several third-party vendors who can assist with a simple refinance or construction loan as well as 203K loans.
Next, we will carefully walk our clients through our comprehensive design and budget plan. If approved, we will draft a contract to begin the plans and permitting phase.
Design & Permitting
At this stage, we will turn our original sketches into formal architectural plans. This will on average take approximately 2-3 weeks to draft and another 4-5 weeks to finalize. We will then submit our plans to the client’s town for review. This can take anywhere from 2-6 months but varies depending on the town.
Construction & Completion
Once permits are issued we can begin work. At that time, we will assign a Project Manager and setup a pre-construction meeting to walk through the process one more time and then begin ordering materials. This Project Manager will be available throughout the entire project to answer any questions and keep clients updated.
