We have our own drafters and engineers on staff, plus our owner is an Architectural Designer, so there’s no need for you to spend your valuable time and money hiring an architect but you’re more than welcome to bring plans to us!
Our Process
While many in our industry are frozen in time, we challenge ourselves to innovate and our obsessed with making our clients happy. It’s for this reason that we strive to simplify the process down to 3 easy steps:
1. Design & Budget
- Starts with an in-home consultation to understand your wants and needs
- Come up with a price point that you’re comfortable with
2. Architectural Plans & Secure Financing
- Next, we begin turning initial designs into full architectural plans with NO OUTSIDE ARCHITECT NEEDED
- We’ll also walk you through how to secure financing (if necessary) through our network of trusted lenders
3. Build Your Dream Home
- Once plans and permits are approved, building your dream home begins
- Throughout this entire process you get access to our talented “design & build” team who’s with you each step of the way
